Rohit Sharma, who was disappointed that his maiden T20I century ended up in a losing cause, said India will look to regroup and come back hard at South Africa in a bid to square the T20I series in Cuttack, having conceding a 1-0 lead to their opponents in Dharamsala. Rohit became only the second Indian player after Suresh Raina to register a century in all three formats of international cricket. However, his knock of 106 off only 66 deliveries went in vain as AB de Villiers (51) and JP Duminy(68*) helped South Africa chase down 200 with two deliveries to spare.

Sir Vivian Richards has been an admirer of Virat Kohli's batting abilities and the West Indian legend feels one should not be too critical of the Indian Test captain's on-field aggression as he possesses the quality to match his attitude. Richards also feels Indian cricket is in good hands as Kohli brings in a positive attitude and a lot of vibrancy to the team. "I see nothing wrong in Virat's attitude. He is very different from (MS) Dhoni. I believe if you are showing passion and aggression on the field, you should have the game quality to match that. Virat has the quality.

Sri Lanka captain Angelo Mathews did not mince words while criticising his team's lackluster display as India thumped the visitors by 153 runs on Thursday. The fourth loss on the trot left Matthews fuming as his bowlers were thrashed by a record-setting Rohit Sharma who scored 264.While the hosts rode on a scintillating performance from Rohit, who surpassed Virender Sehwag's 219 to slam the highest individual score in ODIs, Mathews was left visibly angry at his team's efforts on the field.
